FAQ - frequently asked questions

Q: What is 'outsourced marketing'?

A: It's like an in-house marketing department, only out of your office – think of it as an extension. We can deliver your marketing requirements, without the headaches like additional office space or equipment and without the need of additional employees, associated costs like fees, benefits or employee taxes. As you are paying as-you-go, you pay for what you need, when you need it. As a contractor, we work hard to keep you happy and deliver real results.

Q: Will all work be agreed prior to commencement?

A: Yes. You will receive a proposal based on your brief, in the first instance. Actions will be defined to form an agreement and all copy and artwork will be approved before any work undertaken.

Q: Will you work with my existing team (for example, in-house marketing person/IT department/salesperson)?

A: Yes of course. If there is a dedicated person in your company available it can be beneficial for both parties.

Q: What do I need to get started?

A: Only an idea. You provide the spark and we will provide the flames.

Q: Can you assure confidentiality?

A: If required we are happy to provide a confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement. You can be assured of our respect for your privacy, discretion and commitment at all times.

Q: How will I get billed?

A: This will depend on what service you require and over what time frame. You will be provided with an upfront rate and you will receive billings monthly. Should your project attract any expenses these will be itemised separately.

Q: How are expenses dealt with?

A: Expenses will be dependant on the project and package quoted, if they are relevant to the work. This will be outlined upfront and an estimate provided. These could include for example travel costs and postage for example and the fee billed per month.

Q: What services can you arrange?

A: Dependant upon your requirements, we can arrange for other services to deliver a fuller package. This means one contact for you and the benefit of one person overseeing all components to ensure a smooth delivery. Where this arrangement occurs, a fee will be agreed in advance.
